I am using this fabric to make a housecoat or robe for the wintertime in canada and it is the perfect weight for this. It pre-washed perfectly and was easy to pattern match the plaid as the fabric is great quality and on grain. Be aware if you are pattern matching you will need more fabric!

I don't think I've ever seen flannel like this before. Its soft, drapey, thick and luxurious. I want it in other colors too!
