We want you to love your new fabric order! If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at info@threadcountfabrics.ca and we will make things right.
If you change your mind on what you ordered, we will refund you up to 14 days after your purchase. The product must be in new condition, smoke-free, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Please note: we charge a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns.

If you change your mind and no longer want your pre-order items, please notify us right away. If your pre-order hasn't shipped yet, we will refund the full amount of your order, or ask if you would like an equal substitute. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
We do our best to ensure the color of the fabric online matches as close as possible to the bolt in the shop. However, due to the vast color variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to what you see online. PLEASE INSPECT FABRIC THOROUGHLY BEFORE WASHING. Refunds/replacements will not be issued for damage/staining that is discovered after washing.
